My first try of installing Vista beta 1 on Virtual PC 2004 isn't quite over yet, but it hasn't been flawless so far. I copied a working Windows XP VPC to a new one, editing the .VMC file by hand. It booted fine, and I mounted the Vista DVD image using Virtual CD as drive Z: and selected it into the VPC.

We were in on the beta. We prepared our computers and our staff for using Vista in a productive mode. We over came any and all initial issues. We find Vista to be the very best OS available my comp manufacturer, they said they have a no. of clients with the same problem, it was solved by re-installing Vista.
